In Greene County magistrate court Dalton Weber of Jefferson was fined $65 with a $22.75 surcharge on a charge of criminal mischief, amended from disorderly conduct- fighting or violent behavior. Court costs were $60.
Christopher Brian Quirk of Jefferson was fined $65 with a $22.75 surcharge on a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia. He must also pay $300 restitution for his court appointed attorney’s fees and $60 court costs.
Cases were initiated in magistrate court during the week ending May 30 as follows: Megan Ann Stuhr of Fort Dodge, theft- fifth degree; and Royzell Henderson of Jefferson, providing tobacco or vape project to a minor.
